Intelligent and tech savvy operations manager with serious bookkeeping skills needed for a well established and award winning design company with 10+ years in the industry. We are a small tightly-knit company in which each employee plays an integral role and want someone that can “run the show” with out being micromanaged.



This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilize their past experiences to go into the next level of office management! The individual we are looking for has at least 2+ years of general office and bookkeeping experience and will have strong experience with QuickBooks Pro, Excel and MAC OSX software. You should have great interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and be able to multitask.




RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


• Assisting CEO with business and personal needs

• Managing staff of 10-15 people

• A/R and A/P using QuickBooks

• Payroll and HR

• Invoicing all sales purchase orders

• Answering phones

• Ordering office supplies
